I was recommended to visit Hyde Park by a patient of mine. I am so glad this said patient told me about the guys at HPD. From start to finish the whole journey was spot on! Very personal and a class act. They work with you and do not jam salesy pitches down your throat. They design with you there and there, and you feel that you have a real part to play in the making of the ring. They are very chilled and are confident in their work. They do not push you into doing anything. On top of that their prices were very competitive too and hit some quotes out of the park!My lady has since said yes! and ever since; I have lost count how many compliments she has had about her ring, we both absolutely. I visited a few places in Hatton Garden to find somewhere to have an engagement ring made before settling on Hyde Park Design. Paul and Sean spent significantly more time than anyone else talking me through the process and reassuring me without being salesy even though it was late in the afternoon on a Saturday. They designed and made the ring and it turned out exactly as I wanted. I had it resized and cleaned at no extra cost a few weeks later. I can’t speak any more highly about both Paul and Sean, lovely guys and I’ll be going back to them for sure for wedding bands. I am so pleased I visited Hyde park and design for our wedding rings, I can’t wait to put it on in 20 days! They’re so helpful and lovely and just genuine people. No pressured retail selling and made our rings to sit perfectly! I also lost weight from the time I picked my ring up to now, it was no problem I went back and they resized it for me there and then! What an amazing job these 2 brothers and sons did on creating the PERFECT engagement ring for me. I could not be more pleased with the service and result I received. My partner was over the moon when she saw the ring we made, and it all comes down to the detail and effort made by Sean, Paul and their sons ( sorry guys I bad with names ). They helped me design a ring from scratch and incorporate my own ideas and diamond I had from my family. Along the way they were great with the last minute freak outs I would have thinking the design needed changing and they were always there to take the call and help with my thoughts.I had a very tight deadline on getting the ring completed and they pulled a late night while I waited in the shop to ensure I had it just in time!The after care is amazing!. After I proposed the ring was a little too big, as we had thought it might be and two days later my Fiance and I were in their shop having it resized as we weighted took about 20 minutes ( most companies would have to send the ring away for weeks). They even took the time to show us how they do it and how to best care for the ring, additionally offering for us to come every 6 months or special event for a re-polish.If you are looking for a truly bespoke ring made by a company that have been in the trade for decades, Hyde park designs is the place for you. We met Paul & Sean in early 2011 whilst planning our wedding and i can truly say they are one of the nicest and most professional people you'd ever meet. The team at Hyde Park Design are a great duo, Paul and Sean are tentative and caring. You can tell they genuinely care. I popped in today as I have a beautiful ring that needed to be re-set. They are genuinely trustworthy guys.They really know what they are talking about and help you with your design. I also just randomly said that a ring I was wearing was too big on me so straight away no problems, Paul made it to size. Can't believe the service you get here. This review is LONG over due. Sean and Paul were amazing!!! I came to them after having bought my wedding and engagement rings in the US. The original rings were really delicate bands and the diamonds kept popping out of them, after this happened 3 - 4 times I decided to come and get new bands made. Sean and Paul were above and beyond advising on what I should do and how they could help create my dream ring without the crazy price tag. They used the stones from my original engagement ring and reset them into both a wedding and engagement bands. If only Google would let you give unlimited stars! Paul and Sean (and the guys out the back!) are the most hard working, lovely, honest and genuine people you will ever meet. My partner and I made an appointment for a bespoke engagement ring and from the moment you walk in you could not wish to feel more welcomed. If you are into lavish surroundings and champagne on arrival then this is not the place for you, instead these guys work out of a small workshop and put absolutely everything into giving you exactly what you had hoped for. Having made appointments at a few different places in Hatton Garden it was apparent by the end that Paul was our man. I will admit that I am a stickler for detail, I can be hard work and I do have high expectations but after one afternoon with Paul and Sean I felt completely at ease and trusted them implicitly. I genuinely believe Paul pulled every string he could to get us the best and biggest diamond our budget could buy (nearly double the size of the other places). What is more, he did it all with a big smile on his face. These chaps aren’t in the diamond business to make money, this is their passion and knowing that you are leaving happy means more to them than any profit margin ever could – as a customer, what more could you ask for? I didn't make an appointment but I was ushered straight into the workshop and was made to feel welcome. I was expecting to have to leave my rings and return another day, but Paul said he could sort them out there and then. My diamond had come loose in my engagement ring and I needed three rings rhodium plated. Nothing was too much trouble. I came across Sean and Paul at a wedding fair before my wedding in 2013- and I am so glad I did. They specially made my wedding band not only with a delicate and beautiful filigree pattern but also to sit perfectly against my engagement ring which has a ridge in it. I had my engagement ring resized at Hyde and Park Design last week and they were so helpful and professional.
They were able to do it on the same day that I went in no time at all - I was worried my ring wouldn't look the same after a lot of jewllers told me that resizing was not possible or it would take weeks to get it back but it looks even more amazing and sparkles more than it did before !

Paul & Sean we’re a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I was really apprehensive about heading down to Hatton Garden not knowing where to start with choosing a ring as I didn’t have a clue what the shapes, colour, clarity, cut of a diamond all meant but after booking an appointment with Hyde Park Design after a friends recommendation & sitting through a step by step explanation of it all with Paul & Sean I was well on my to designing what I hoped would be the perfect ring. They gave me advice on diamond types & ring style to suit my budget & were very patient with all the silly questions I bounced off them. The outcome was Rebecca absolutely loved the bespoke made ring & I was pretty pleased to have been able to design something prefect for her with Hyde Parks help. Fantastic jewellers and designers. I’ve had my engagement ring for 11 years now and wedding ring for 10 years. They did a fantastic job with both and I’ve always had so many compliments on my engagement ring. We wanted a quite unusual design and were quite specific about the colour and clarity of diamond we wanted. They worked hard to make sure the design worked and to source the best diamond and the best price. They are experts at what they do. Since then we’ve been back twice to get the rings polished and loosened slightly as my finger joint has swollen slightly. Sean and Paul did both our wedding rings and my eternity ring, 12-13 years ago. I always get lots of compliments on my rings - about the quality of the workmanship and the design. Unfortunately, I didn't know about Hyde Park when we got my engagement ring so have been back to get an upgrade. Excellent knowledge and advice, Sean and Paul really do know what they are talking about. It's a family run business with genuine morals. We saw plenty of jewelers in looking for our wedding rings and there was always an air of uncertainty - "is that a good price?" Etc. Don’t go anywhere else for your rings! Seriously Sean and Paul are the best. They don’t have a shop front but their workshop is inside one of the buildings on Hatton Garden. However, we were so impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable they were in comparison to other shops on the same street. We looked elsewhere but instantly knew these guys were who we wanted to get our rings made with. They even happily resized and polished our engagement ring - twice!
