Got a quote last week from him. He told me he would attend my property on Monday and clear the rubbish for £60 I sent him 2 very clear photos of the rubbish for him then to wait till he gets here and try charge my sister nearly double what he first told me saying that it weighs more than he thought and it’s ‘wet’. I used Neil and this service for the first time and I will certainly use him again. Neil provided a prompt response to my enquiry. He was very punctual when collecting my waste for removal too. He was also very helpful and friendly. However the best part of this service is that I was reassured from the outset that Neil possesses all the required licences for proper waste removal. Great service, I only needed a small amount moving and most companies had said no as it wasn’t worth it for them. Neil worked around my work schedule, charged me a great price, came and removed some rubbish from behind my house and took every last bit leaving it spotless. Couldn’t recommend enough 👍🏻
