It is a pleasure to leave a review after having an outstanding refurbishment service from team HWB. Many thanks for accepting the job at a very busy period of Christmas last year.
Special thanks to estimations team and the administration at HWB to commence the project on time and deliver it before time.
As the property for us was an investment subject, which was offered to rent within 3 days of completion. The tenants and their family are extremely happy as well.

We recently had our semi detached house renovated from HWB Construction and have moved in Jan 23. We are very pleased to have the beautiful finishes and decoration done.
Specially the senior and old member of the family is very happy to receive a very comfortable space of her own with all the amenities needed. Job was completed within budget and time.

The Project was to refurbish our kitchen. Farag and his team have done a tremendous job. Cant speak more highly of the guys. Farag is a joy to work with. We discussed plans of what we wanted, we gave them the vision and they brought it to life!. The guys are extremely professional but also have that family feel about them in the office, where the work they do feels like they are working on their own kitchen. The work was carried out promptly, efficiently managed by Amar and special mention to Sasha who is superb. My Parents are over the moon with the job the guys did. The team at HWB don’t just build houses, they build dreams. We appointed them for a rear extension, loft conversion, front porch and driveway, complete gutting and high-spec renovation of the interior. We were delighted by the dedication and professionalism of every member of the team. They listened to our desires, allowing us to input and adjust the plan along the way. We had a dedicated project manager who kept us updated with progress and dealt with unforeseen issues efficiently. He was also effective at working with other parties such as the windows and kitchen installers and Thames Water. We are very happy with the high quality materials and finishing which all passed building control without any issues. The project cost was fair and transparent and work completed in December 2018. We appointed HWB to carry out a full refurbishment on our house, this involved re-gutting the interior and building an extension and loft conversion plus some landscaping in the garden. We spoke to many builders but finally appointed HWB based on their previous projects and professionalism. Appointing builders for any work is always difficult however we are delighted that we went with HWB. Throughout the project they have demonstrated high levels of professionalism, were very organised and worked to very high standards. They were collaborative throughout the whole project and kept us informed at every stage. As the project developed there were some changes made and HWB were flexible and open to new instructions made by us, as well as giving us valuable advice. We do have a special provision for administrative tasks to be carried remotely.
Design co-ordination is a scope we prefer to complete remotely rather than on site to keep the precision and conciseness of the project as accurate as possible. However, based on the clients request we are flexible to arrange the best suitable for the project.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since FEB 2020, we have Covid-19 policy in place which strictly adheres with the government guidelines.
We encourage the team members, site team, consultants and clients as well to follow the policy wherever needed.
However, we take special care for our elderly clients and prefer to arrange meetings remotely, or at their convenience with complete social distancing and care.

We provide end to end services based on the customer's requirements. We are a Design & Build company, we tailor the properties based on the clients preference and choices. We have in house team to assist the construction process and in addition we have external consultants working with us as and when the need arises.
Internal & External Refurbishment
We specialise in all type of refurbishment services needed based on the client choice and time frames. We have a specifically dedicated team for all refurbishment projects. In addition, we provide administrative services to the clients for liaising with the respective councils for permissions and approvals required for the respective scope. We also have a trained staff to take care of the project management and finance scopes.
Complete Internal Renovation
We provide tailored services based as required by the clients on renovation subjects i.e., Kitchen installation, Flooring installation, Demolition of partition walls, Demolition of Chimneys, Creating open space, New Bathroom Installation, Electricals, Gas and Landscaping/Gardening scopes.

Renovating & Re-fitting Commercial & Retail spaces
