We have had our property on the market with Hunters Sutton Coldfield for the last 8 weeks in an effort to move closer to family before our next baby arrives. During that time they have done everything and more to try and help us find a buyer. Proactive, polite, professional and contactable even at weekends - Whilst we weren't successful in selling our property in the short time we had, I highly recommend this team (Faye, Robyn, Jane, Janice, Kimberley) and will definitely go back to Hunters when we want to try and sell our property again. I would certainly recommend using the services of Hunters estate agents in Sutton Coldfield, from start to finish they have been amazing. From the moment when Faye visited our property she truly appreciated the property and gave a genuine true valuation of the property, she was extremely helpful and had a great understanding of the market. The first person we contacted was Robyn who was highly professional but very approachable and personable at the same. Her bright personality and positivity around what can be at times a stressful process is a credit to the team. We bought our most recent house with Hunters (Sutton Coldfield) and I would highly recommend them for any house purchase or sale. From initial contact to completion they were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress free house purchase. Unlike many other Sutton Coldfield based estate agents I have dealt with over the years, the staff at Hunters provided a real personal touch and were extremely approachable and professional and more importantly (to me) came without any hard sell tactics.I have also moved my rental property to be looked after by Hunters, which was speedily rented within two days of being advertised and again the rental and subsequent tenants move in came with no stress and was dealt with fantastically by the rental team.I can honestly say, that now I would not use anyone else for buying, selling or renting a property.
