I am recommending Visiting Angels from a carers perspective- having worked in the care industry for some time now, I can honestly say Angels is a truly fantastic company to work for!
Their carer-centric ethos means us carers are appreciated, well taken care of and extremely well supported! No question is too much trouble, support is on hand literally 24/7- a work life balance is Steve, Justyna and Shannon’s priority just as much as ensuring we deliver outstanding care to our clients.
Well cared for carers, mean well cared for clients!

I highly recommend Visiting Angels for home care. I live overseas and had an urgent need to arrange short term care for my mother over Christmas and into the new year. Although it was a weekend my call was answered and I was immediately put at ease with the professionalism, care and understanding given to me. Within 24 hours Visiting Angels had provided a rota of care starting the following day. I was relieved knowing that my mother was in capable and caring hands. They were efficient and kept me fully informed by email and phone. I would not hesitate to contact Visiting Angels again should I require future care for my mother. More...

What do you love most about your job?
Just one example of many.
We were asked to look after a client who had suffered poor care for many years. We are so very happy to say that since Visiting Angels took over care the transformation has been spectacular! In the office we were all quite emotional!
That is what we love about our job. We are a family and can be part of yours as well!
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a former Customer Service Manager for the UK's flagship airline Steve has spent his career taking care of customers and staff alike. His partner of 12 years, Justyna a former NHS carer and latterly a community physiotherapist has experience of care in the community and the challenges that brings to families and their loved ones. Steve and Justyna decided to pool their experience to start a business that offers care, support and companionship not only to our wonderful clients but their families as well. They love what they do and feel privileged to offer support in the community. Every day brings challenges but they are overcome and are followed by the most wonderful results for clients and their families.

No visits less than one hour, which means visits are not rushed, we are able to build a rapport and really get to know our clients. No uniform, just ID and a smile, means that clients get to know a person and not just another uniform rushing in and out. Also the client gets to choose their carer who is matched to the client according to their history, hobbies, likes and dislikes.
