I was trying to get a refurbishment done in my own home and realised the risks associated and lack of ownership by one entity who would take care of everything - from design, to architecture, to project management, safe payments and deliver project on time and costs.

We follow a sustainable and design led approach, and use our tech platform to "instantly" suggest designs, floorplans, and financing details to increase your home's value at lowest project costs. We then deliver projects where our on-site project managers ensure timely delivery on time and budget through pre-vetted contractors, architects, and resources. We give weekly updates digitally, and organise a welcome reception for the homeowners at the end. Our team comes from professional backgrounds such as IBM, Accenture, Savoy, M&G, Inditex, and have built successful businesses in Fashion, Hospitality, Data Analytics, and Financial Services.
