How long have you been in business?
We have been operating as a care company since 2021. we can however boast of over 20 staff who have more than 15 years of experience in the health and social care sector.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
YES. We supply competent staff, tools and equipment that are suitable to meet the needs of our clients. We ensure that tools, equipment, and chemicals used are in date, fit for purpose and safe to use.
What do you love most about your job?
seeing a smiley face on clients after discharging my duties.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having gained a lot of experience as care assistants and support workers, the directors with a common goal of promoting independence and happiness in a healthy environment combined experiences gained in academics and work to establish a company that will accomplish this aim. Directors hold master's in health and social care, and social work. They also have vast experience in the educational sector, cleaning industry, health and social work.
We believe that we can put smiles on the faces of the vulnerable in the community by training staff and empowering them to meet the needs of people who needs our help.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Wearing nose masks while visiting clients.
staff with symptoms of fever are encouraged to follow the Covid -19 protocols suggested by the NHS.
