Very disappoint with the end of tenancy clean, windowsills hadn’t been touched, the mopping of the floor was halfhearted, just generally a lack of care and attention. Would not recommend.

It is unfortunate that you were not happy with the end of tenancy clean. The window sills were extremely old with paint chipping and flaking off once touched, so there was not much that could be done there. In regards to the floors, understandably it was a student house with 4+ different people living there, however too much clutter such as skateboards, old hoovers, cigarette trays were left on the floors for me to clean around making it difficult to get the standards required. Lastly, before payment is taken a complete walkthrough is done for tenants to view the completed job, where no discrepancies were raised and I was paid.

Never knowing what task will be next, as I thoroughly enjoy all of what is involved with home cleaning services. I also take pride in my work after a job has met completion and leave with a content customer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have used many contractors previously who unfortuately did not meet my necessary requirements, therefore I ended up doing the jobs myself, and then became the business that I have now.

End of Tenancy Cleaning

We recommend the house be as empty and decluttered as possible for a successful end of tenancy clean.
All cleaning equipment is supplied, and an industrial carpet cleaner is used. All waste is removed after and a proof of tenancy cleaning invoice will be supplied for your housing deposit.
It will be a team of two, anywhere between 4-6 Hours.
