Hotspot cleaning are the friendliest people you could ever meet. Offer an amazing service making my home not only look but smell amazing with the amazing eco friendly products they used. Going that extra mile and being truely amazing with my young son being unexpectedly home who has additional needs and wouldn’t leave kelly alone but it didn’t faze her in slightest. How long have you been in business?
We establised our business in December 2017,this is the same time that we registered with Companies house as a Limited company.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes.
We are an eco friendly cleaning business,95% of the materials and our supplies have an eco friendly basis. We use a wide range of E-cloth (Trademark) which have an amazing cleaning capability,killing 99% of bacteria with water alone,meaning this is an effective cleaning method,whilst being eco friendly.
We are continually researching,to purchase products that suit individual customers requirements,to fit in with our current portfolio of customers (whom like their homes to smell fresh) we are trialling Kinn-Living an organic,vegan friendly cleaning product with aromotherapy properties.
What do you love most about your job?
We love meeting the most wonderful people,who each have their own story to tell.
We love seeing the reactions of our customers after we have cleaned for them,we are proud of our 100% positve feedback,and 5 star reviews.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We began recognising how consumer mindset was drifting towards more eco friendlier products,there seemed to be a quite drastic increase on supermarket shelves of eco friendlier items. In addition we were inspired ourselves by seeing how a local transition group were looking at ways that local businesses were trying to "reduce plastic footprint" this seemed to come about quite quickly after David Attenborough's documentary about plastic waste.
We ourselves recognised that in comparrison to cleaners registered-there seemed to be very few that had an eco friendly approach as their unique selling point.
We saw a gap the market,and it fitted well with our own personal preference to be more eco friendlier,we care about the world we live in,and wanted to showcase that within our cleaning business,whilst fitting in with customers needs.

We are passionate about our business and so provide an excellent level of customer service,with tailored plans to suit individual requirements. Our customers comment on how "friendly" and "lovely" we are.
Short term lets
Cleaning,stripping beds and making beds with clean linen.
Quick turnarounds normally with check out and check in within the same day.
Deep cleans
Cleaning of properties that for whatever reason have been a little neglected of cleaning.
We undertake a more specialised clean that involves using brushes that scrub and get rid of any build up of grime, or grease. Toilets cleaned of any limescale build up.
These cleans tend to require more time as we still clean to the high standard, that you would expect from a general clean.
Air Bnb's (TM)
These are becoming increasngly more popular and are managed as short term lets (see above)
Signposting
Being a small family run business,we like to work with other businesses that provide services that we don't cover i.e oven,window,gardeners ect.
We can provide contact details of companies who have a similar ethos to us.
Maid service/housekeeping
As our business has evolved we have recognised a need to to offer more bespoke services to meet our customers demands.
Life is busy for many of our customers,who just need a little extra help in day to day home life.
We now undertake and carry out laundry service that includes ironing,washing,drying,putting away,within the home environment.
Builder cleans.
Cleaning properties after building work has been completed.
