Really great experience! Didn’t know what to expect and we weren’t sure if the food quality would be as high as it was because you cook it yourself – how wrong were we! We recently went to a Hotrocks restaurant in London and had Wagyu steak, I must admit, the ribeye steak we had at Tony's Hot Rocks Wine bar in Hitchin was much better. Tony's steak tastes amazing, the rocks are twice as thick subsequently hold the heat better, people aren't crammed in like sardines sat almost on the next table and Tony is the perfect host. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Hot Rocks Hitchin and have already recommended it to many people. More...

we had a fantastic night out. we were greeted with friendly smiles and made to feel special throughout the evening. The food was presented to an exceptional standard and all hot rocks were safely delivered to the table allowing us to finalise the food to our tastes. The tables were kept immaculately clean throughout the evening and we were left feeling totally safe. Had an amazing night out here last night. Tony and Sharon are the perfect hosts and the food was fresh, tasty and plentiful. We had an array of seafood and meat all with the perfect accompaniments and had a great time cooking it all just how we liked it. It added an element of fun that you don’t get in a restaurant where the food you order is delivered to your table all cooked ready to eat. This would make a great date night experience for two or for a larger group of friends just out to eat and have a laugh.
