This studio started up in April 2017. It is awesome. Wales has never had a Bikram Teacher so for it to be in Swansea is long overdue. The space is small but it's HOT. Teacher is awesome. I loved it. I think though I prefer the 12.15 class because it's only 60 minutes. The evening class at 6pm is really tough it's 90 minutes. More...

Q&As

Every client will fill out a Health Questionnaire so we can learn more about the individual. We can work a Yoga Session to meet your needs, a non heated session, heated session with preference.

It is vital we help the client achieve something new, go out of a comfort zone with their approval. My sessions are not a boot camp but a journey for you to grow, learn and improve your health. Weight loss will happen automatically with the right tuning. Nobody can force you to try your best, it is up to you. We can only guide you. One of the Hot Yoga classes is a 700 -1000 calorie workout but you have to try hard to achieve that ; if you try the session gently and don't give it your all then it's likely you will only burn 300 Calories in that specific session. It is up to the individual to follow and try their best.

Consistency is the key. It takes 4-6 weeks for a Human Being to create a new habit. You have to tell your body you love it and appreciate it. You have to learn to be kind to yourself. Accepting your body, and delving deeper into what is it exactly - to have the body of your dreams? A 6 pack? Lose a few stones? Whatever you tell your body, it will respond to it. Start with kind words, and slowly build up a regular pattern that you can happily adjust to...find the right level of exercise - what you enjoy and stick to it. If you want to push yourself harder - do it.

I love Yoga especially Hot Yoga. I enjoy sharing what I know about Yoga with others and seeing an improvement in their state of mind.

My Colleague in LA who I trained with in 2009. He started his dream of creating his own Yoga Community and I loved it. Growing relationships and having regular people come to your classes because they enjoy what you are teaching.

All I can bring to the session is my 9 years of knowledge as a Yoga Instructor, and 15 years of experience as a Yogi / a Yoga practitioner. Vulnerability is the essence of who we are and I am not afraid to reveal that as a teacher. I try not to bring ego to any session and teach from my heart.
