A lovely clean, fresh and modern studio with a broad range of classes. I had an awesome Hot Hatha with Rosie who's energy, cues and modifications were fantastic. No one was left behind or intimidated, yet challenging for a seasoned yogi. Raj's Yin was very relaxing & he has a great voice. I didn't really like the hot vinyasa as it moved far too quickly for a heated room. Overall a real great asset to Sheffield yoga. Thank you! More...

Really great class if you like to relax and sweat it all out in a peaceful environment. I did my first class (90 minute Hot Yoga) on Wednesday and then went back for 60 minute Hot Flow on Thursday. I've been wanting to write a testimonial for the purpose of giving inspiration to potential new hot yoga members or anyone thinking of taking up any form of yoga! I was put off practicing yoga subconsciously for a year or so and consciously for a few months. Mainly because I was SCARED of how people people would perceive me in unflattering stretches that I would not be able to do correctly and all covered in sweat. Let me tell you, the most rewarding thing is overcoming these fears for they are irrational. I soon realised that no one was judging me and no one was looking at me funny because everyone is experiencing the same things and the fears were all of my own making. The more I kept going to yoga the more my fears reduced in size until they seemed so insignificant and my soul seems to float without them! I did at first think the membership was a little pricey but I soon came to the realisation that it is more than worth it. It is more than worth it for the sake of my physical, emotional and spiritual health. More than worth it for the chance to meet and integrate with welcoming, friendly and open-minded people who have brought peace and happiness into my days. It's been more than worth it for the feeling I get after I've finished a yoga class and more than worth it for the peace in my heart and the clarity in my mind that I now enjoy through more of the day than I ever did before.
