This is something that I feel I can change due to being reliable and providing good quality workmanship.

Where possible I will. This may be a diagnosing over the phone or helping someone refill the pressure gauge. However, usually there is a cause for any fault and this should be followed up.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
There are currently no regulations regarding Covid-19.
However any requests by the customers will be considered.
