James was excellent. We needed emergency care for my Mum, James answered us almost straight away and was able to provide live in care for 2 nights. He is so friendly and put me at ease about leaving my Mum in his care. She has dementia so I was worried about leaving her with someone new but James was very easy to be around and my Mum liked him which put me at ease. James was in contact with me constantly which was great and he did lots of extra tasks I hadn't expected. I would highly recommend James and would use his services in the future. More...

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to draw alongside a client with respect and dedication so to serve them in care and support in the way they requested or have need at the time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The progression of my care experience gained and the ability to demonstrate it back to persons in need of care and support within their own environment .

Because I can be trusted in my arrival and departure times, am honest and dedicated in the service to be required from me, am transparent in my motives and objectives, sincere and responsible in my care delivery, am respectful and subservient in the call of my duty to the client.
