You knocked me off my feet! I’m humbled and grateful. I just invest $500 with Mrs Claire to see what trading online was like. A week later i withdraw a profit of $5,500 and then I really saw how much you can earn from the markets. I now invested $1000 and gain $13,543 a week, God bless her for me she is trust worthy i recommend her to everyone that want a financial break through. you can contact her via Email:clairebrandon439@gmail.com More...

Need help with shopping? At hope homecare we can relieve service users and their loved ones from the worry of doing the shopping. We can set up your care package to include daily or weekly shops to ensure you always have what you need, when you need it.

How it works:

We will come to your home and pick up your list of items you want purchased. We will do the shop, bring it back to you and put all the items away as you request.

All our services are flexible and tailored to your precise needs

Live-in care is a 24-hour long-term service. We provide Live-in Care workers who will provide the assistance and support necessary to continue with a Service User’s chosen lifestyle in their own home.

Live-in care is an alternative to going into respite or going into a home. The difference between live in care and respite or a care home is, the care you will receive will be person centred and focused on you alone. Giving the service users and family peace of mind.

A live-in care package includes the below:

Personal care
Meal preparation
Medication administration and monitoring
Out and about
Housekeeping
Other tasks may include helping to meet friends, keeping in touch with family or perhaps walking a dog and companionship, and the security of having someone living with you.

We ensure that the care worker is matched to the service user's needs and requirements. We do this by introducing the care worker before the package starts to ensure you are happy with the care worker.
For family members, we provide a tablet which will enable you to skype or facetime throughout the day to check up on your loved one and keep your mind at ease. If you are unable to skype or facetime, not worry. Hope homecare uses a paperless care note system, meaning you will have access to care notes online, on-demand, 24/7 from where ever you are. Be it at work or even sunning yourself on the beach, you will have ease of mind that everything is ok by logging onto our system and reading the care notes or contacting your family member through skype or facetime, all that you’ll need is internet access.

If assistance is needed with meal/fluid preparation – This can be included in your package or be the sole task in your package. We will build a care plan to your exact needs, including your likes and dislikes. Care Workers will always offer choices, to ensure your dietary and nutritional needs are fully met.

Meal and menu planning

Preparing, cooking and serving meals
Special dietary restrictions

All our staff are fully trained in food hygiene and prepare food on a cooker, in an oven and in a microwave.

We understand that some service users have lost confidence to go out on their own. They may not feel safe to go out and do the shopping, go to doctor or hospital appointments due to their mobility. Our out and about service is designed to assist service users outside of their homes.

Our out and about services include and are not limited to:

Accompanied Shopping
Hospital Appointments
Doctor Appointments

Social outings with or without family
Our care workers have full insurance to transport service users. We will also be introducing wheelchair accessible vehicles, please give us a call to get more information on this service.

All our services are flexible and tailored to your precise needs

We understand that people receiving care may be unable to complete daily or weekly domestic tasks as they used to and need help. We are able to offer domestic cleaning and laundry as part of your package or solely. We aim to ensure your environment and living areas are clean and in line with infection control. We can set this up as part of your care package or as a cleaning package on its on to be completed in whatever intervals you request.

All our services are flexible and tailored to your precise needs

We provide waking night or Sleep-in care workers who will provide the assistance and support necessary to continue with a Service User’s chosen lifestyle in their own home.

Sleep-in service consists of the care workers staying over night and sleeping in and waking up whenever support is needed during the night.

Waking night, the care worker is awake all night and on hand to support in any cases of emergency or to be present in circumstances where the service user may be at risk of wandering or choking during the night. This is great way to continue living at home whilst having peace of mind you are being cared for one on one.
