What do you love most about your job?
The job satisfaction 100%, theres nothing better than a client telling you how happy they are to have you help them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in different care companies, i started to notice a pattern.. people not going to calls.. carers not staying full times etc. Carers doing the bare minimum for their wage.
I disagree with that work ethic. I want to provide care, as it should be provided.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because, i pride myself on the level and standard of care that i provide. I have been head hunted twice by clients previously, i have never had a disciplinary or any issues. I can provide care to yourself, or a family member.. the same standard i would want for my own family.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have a full PPE set up, hand sanitisers, designated work uniforms.
I will only close in on the 2 meter guide when needed, e.g personal care.
I like to clean & disinfect once i have finished at a call.
I conduct weekly PCR tests and daily lateral flow tests.
