I felt compelled to write a review because the people were so lovely and the work was great. I needed some work done in my garden and from the start I found Dale very patient, knowledgeable and honest. I am always wary when I choose people and Dale put me at ease straight away. There was no pushy behaviour, I was advised on the best options for me and he actually saved me money which was an added bonus, as well as some good humour thrown in for good measure. I highly recommended this company and look forward to using them again. With the money I saved I can now do some extra jobs so it will work both ways. I wanted a custom desk built for my office as well as well panelling in a custom design I had seen on Pinterest. I couldn’t be happier with the end result! The guys showed up to quote, they we’re very polite and professional. They explained what they would need to do, how long it would take and the next day they sent me a quote. I thought the job was really fairly priced for the amount of work. In fact the desk was far cheaper than the ones I looked at online and fits my study perfectly. The job was done efficiently and on time with limited mess and disruption to our home. After being let down by previous contractors and 4 quotes later I was happy to go with Dale & Darryl by far they were the most professional, I wanted a revamp inside which included painting and filling in cracks and the following month my garden landscaped with railway sleepers, fresh paint on fence panels, artificial lawn and a small paved patio. We go above an beyond satisfying our clients and seeing their face when the works complete and making friends along the journey we’ve had gets me out of bed in the morning!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were fed up of inexperienced or not trusted trades people either over charging or offering a half done job, we price ourselves in the company name HonestBuild and shall uphold this.
