I had a truly disappointing experience with Dan. It's clear that he is not a man of his word and doesn't take customer satisfaction seriously. I initially hired him to work on both my front and back gardens, but the results were far from satisfactory. While the back garden was done passably, he rushed through the front garden and the quality was subpar. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he promised not once, but twice, to come back and fix the issues. However, it became evident that these were just empty promises.

What's more, Dan showed a lack of consideration for my property. He made no attempt to protect the house while carrying out the rubbish, leading to a mess that I had to request him to clean up. To make matters worse, he even had the audacity to ask me for cleaning equipment. At one point, he attempted to use my indoor broom to sweep the mud and grass in the front garden, which was both unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, Dan's failure to deliver on his promises, coupled with his disregard for proper care, cleaning, and using appropriate equipment, makes me strongly advise against hiring him if you're looking for a reliable, dedicated and professional gardener.
