What do you love most about your job?
I find it personally rewarding when helping my clients maintain their independence and the joy they get just being able to live in their own home. Being able to provide the support they need to live day-to-day allows me to see the results of my hard work
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been involved in domiciliary and nursing home care for many years but seeing my ex-mother-in-law's health decline due to confusion, anxiety and depression when she moved from her home to a residentatial care home saddened me.
The decision to set up and run my own home care business is to ensure that I am able to employ carers who share the same values and commitment as I do.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am passionate about enabling people have choice. If there is any possibility of someone being able to live in their home, rather than moving into a residential home, I will ensure that I am able to support this.
