How long have you been in business?
We have been operating in the South Cheshire area since 2008 and have delivered hundreds of thousands of hours care in this time. We previously traded under the name Home Instead Senior Care Crewe
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Our CAREGiver will bring all of their own personal protective equipment
What do you love most about your job?
Our favourite thing is the satisfaction we get from keeping our clients safe and independent in the environment they know best - their own home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started this business as we wanted to chnage the experience older people had living at home by delivering high quality person centred care. Our mission statement is "To change the face of ageing"
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should chose us as we invest heavily in our staff to maintain the high standards set. we believe that by having the best people working for us as professional carers, our clients have the best experience when recieving our services. Our mantra on this is "Happy CAREGivers, Happy Staff"
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
For obvious reasons our care services cannot be delivered online, however family members can access our family members can access our high tech monitoring services on their smart phones. This means from anywhere in the world they are able to see in real time when our CAREGivers have arrived at a loved one and the tasks they have completed, as they are done.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our staff are legally required to have been vaccinated. we also wear full PPE which in most instances is Medical grade type IIR mask, Apron and nitrile gloves. In rare circumastances such as if a client requires oxygen or certain types of nebulisers and aerosols are generated FFP3 respirator, and visor will also be worn. Staff complete weekly PCR testing through high priority health and social care testing services. As well as regular Lateral Flow Testing
Companionship Services
We recognise that social isolation can be very detrimental to the long-term health of elderly people. Our companionship services offer a friendly face to have a chat and stimulate our clients.
All our staff have their own vehicles with business class one insurance, meaning that they can drive our clients to their favourite places and offer companionship in settings outside of the home.
Home Help Services
As we get old it is common to find it a little bit harder to keep our house as well as we may have done in the past. Our professional CAREGivers can perform light household duties to keep the homes our clients live in safe and presentable. We're also on hand to perform many other caring duties.
Personal Care
As we become older it is usual to find personal grooming tasks a little bit harder. Our professional CAREGivers can assist our clients with a host of tasks from toileting, Showering/bathing to advanced care. Whilst delivering personal care the safety and dignity of our clients is always at the forefront of our CAREGivers minds.
Alzheimer's disease and dementia home care
Alzheimer's and Dementia are becoming increasingly common within the elderly population of the UK. Many of our staff have attended our specialist Alzheimer's and Dementia training.
We have over 13 years of assisting our clients living with these conditions to remain safe at home. Often the familiarities of the house they have lived in for many years is essential to best managing their conditions.
Medication Support
Sometimes medication can be hard to manage especially when couple with other conditions. Failure to effectively manage your medication can cause a deterioration in health and frailty. Our medication services range from gentle reminders and prompts, management of medication to administration of specialist medications.
