A bit about the designer...

"Following many years designing bespoke wedding cakes I set up Home Envy in 2015 after completing my Postgraduate study of Interior Design. Since I was a young child I have been consumed by interiors with a particular passion for fabrics and textiles which shows in Home Envy's specialism in curtain making, upholstery and soft furnishings. From innovative colour and pattern combinations to practical layout changes, I simply love everything to do interiors! My enthusiasm for my life in the countryside, walking my beloved Hungarian Vizsla Ruby as well as my passion for the rural North Norfolk coast and rustic South of France influence both my interiors, furniture and homewares." Per room (excluding bathrooms + kitchens) - £400

Per Bathroom / Kitchen - £500

What you will receive:

Every project is different, smaller projects may just require sample boards, shopping lists and completion day styling whilst other more complex projects may require detailed floor plans, drawings and organising any tradespeople. Whilst not relevant for every project typically the services we provide include:

Mood Board - this is produced after our initial discussions (either at our studio or your home) taking on board design preferences and needs discussed. This is sent for approval to set the mood for the scheme at this very early stage - at this stage revisions can be made to ensure the project moves along efficiently.

Sample Board - This board is produced once mood board has been approved. This contains samples of fabrics, paint, wallpaper and flooring etc that are to be used in the project along with photos of specific items of furniture, lighting etc. One round of revisions can be made at this point. Once approved a shopping list will be produced.

Floorplans and/or drawings - where relevant i.e. required for tradespeople building cabinets, installing lighting etc or where room layout changes are occurring.

Shopping List - This contains every single item that is to be purchased, from sofas to door handles, all selected to complement the scheme and your budget. Once approved you are welcome to purchase the items (any building items will be included with tradesperson's fees quoted separately) or we are happy to purchase on your behalf items from our trade accounts.

Assistance throughout project to completion - via phone/email and where relevant site visits (travel expenses and fees may apply)

Completion day styling - Once the project is complete and all that is left to do is styling the furniture layout, soft furnishings and hanging of curtains etc. we will visit to do this for you as well as take completion photographs for our portfolio.
