Due to Home Counties Carers my grandmother was able to continue living in her home as was her wish. To start with she received daily visits - a bit of home help and company.
Within a couple of years her health had deteriorated and her need's were greater. Home Counties Carers were able to provide increased help. Towards the end of my grandmother's life Home Counties Carers provided a live-in-care arrangement and end of life support.
Sadly Gran passed away recently. On behalf of my mother I'd like to say a heartfelt thank you to my grandmother's carers and also to the office staff at Home Counties Carers. Gran looked forward to your visits and it was of great comfort to know that she was happy with the support that she received and that she was being well cared for.
The carers were truly wonderful - sensitive and supportive. It's obvious that they enjoy their work. The management and office based staff were always able to meet my gran's ever changing needs. I would highly recommend Home Counties Carers.
