What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in the industry for over 10 years and whilst I love the industry , I always felt the services could be better, so now as I am personally responsible, I know I can deliver it.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I realise how important the Care service is and how our clients are trusting us in their own homes.

We provide face to face only care within our clients homes, as well as helping with hospital discharges, although we are happy to offer consultations and advice over the phone or via video links
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Home Care Essex IS ADHERING TO NATIONAL GUIDELINES TO MINIMISE THE RISK FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19. Staff have received infection prevention and control training and are adhering to procedures that ensure a high standard of cleanliness, correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and handwashing with soap and water for twenty seconds. Clients are being supported to maintain good hygiene practices that may protect them from an infection elsewhere. During the home visits, client’s health is being monitored, and possible symptoms reported/escalated to NHS 111 (with consent) so affected persons may be better supported.
