H2H Homecare is a new company formed by two ladies, who decided to set up on their own in order to provide a bespoke service to those clients who need care in their own homes.
During the recent weeks that I have got to know Jill and Elaine I can say unreservedly they have provided a level of care that has made a huge difference to improve the quality of life of my father .
H2H Homecare are by far the best care company I have had experience of. I wish them every success for the future and would recommend them to anyone who is seeking care in their own homes.

How long have you been in business?
We are a new care company in the North East of England, We have been in the care industry for 40 years. We are professional and give person centred care and respect peoples wishes. We offer Bespoke Packages to meet every individuals needs. We are Fully Trained and Qualified and go Above and Beyond for our clients, offering P A Services. You will receive the same care workers for your calls. We have excellent references.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
With Home 2 Home Homecare we will provide our own PPE, keeping the client safe with no risks of harm or infection.
What do you love most about your job?
We love meeting new people and carrying out care of a high standard for our clients. Our clients become more like family members to us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Myself and my partner have recently left a care company to open our own company, this is something the both of us have wanted to do all our lives. We both give a 110% in our work, going above and beyond for our clients.

We believe that every individual should be tret as we would want our family members treated, Dignity, Respect and Confidentiality.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep our clients safe from Covid we wear full PPE in our calls, we ask for a window to be open to let in fresh air.
Personal Care
We offer personal care treating every individual with Dignity and Respect, this can be a delicate situation for some people, We remain professional.
Sit in Service
We offer Sit in Services, for family members to have reassurance that their loved one is safe, well and been cared for whilst they have a break.
Medication Calls
We offer medication calls for your loved one, we can administer or prompt medication.
Meals
We can prepare and cook meals for our clients, offering Breakfast, Lunch, Tea and Night Calls.
Cleaning Calls
We offer light cleaning duties, Washing Laundry, Hoovering Carpets, Sweeping and Mopping Floors, Polishing Furniture, Changing Bedding, Cleaning Bathrooms and Kitchens and Ironing.
Shopping Calls
We offer taking our clients to the shops of their choice, we promote independence and assurance whilst out in the community.
If clients prefer we can go to the shops of their choice with their shopping list, we provide receipts and financial transaction records.
Chaperone Service
We can accompany individuals to appointments in the community. Offering reassurance for each individual.
