No. We provide personal care and support but can offer telephone contact and a befriending service with the agreement of a client's family.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff were always trained in infection prevention and control. Since the pandemic, we have updated the training and provided each staff member with personal protective equipment and sanitiser.

In many instances we find that our services offer a new lease of life – an extra hand for housekeeping, personal care, help with medication and companionship – reducing worry and creating happiness.
Personal care tailored to you
Holywell Care Group is experienced in delivering tailored care solutions for a number of specialist conditions. Our highly skilled team understand the complexities of these conditions and deliver exceptional care and support to maximise independence and empowering clients to live fulfilled lives to the greatest extent possible.
Live-in care
As the name suggests, this service is for clients who want to stay in their homes, retain their independence but need the reassurance of they are safe and supported in their everyday routines. A live-in carer does just that – they will live with you in your home, get to know you and your routines and provide support services as required.
If live-in care isn’t essential just yet, but there is a need for several visits a day to support and care then this is an option we can offer. Our carers visit you at home on a regular schedule to suit your needs but do not live with you.
