We specialise in areas such as stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, regulating emotions, self- esteem, eating disorders, grief, relationships and anger management.
Together we can work through a plan which suits you and your needs.
Our service is flexible and very understanding of life commitments. We aim to work with you as an individual at a time that suits you, including evenings and weekends.
