Lovely hotel and staff. We came with a coach trip and were late for our evening meal but the chefs stayed late for us. I then didn’t like anything in the buffet so they made me some chicken and chips which I was very grateful for. The room was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed and more. Only thing I would say is there isn’t much food choice for the kids but other than that, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. More...

There for training/conference. Room was comfortable as was the break area, for lunch there was a LIVE PIANIST(?!) And the food was amazing and well-presented. Would recommend and go again!

We stayed here as part of a weekend away in London with National Holidays, by far the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at, the evening meal and breakfast was lovely, the rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything you could want, the staff were helpful and friendly, really enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay again.

We booked this on a Groupon deal which included a 2 course dinner, bottle of wine and a late check out. First impressions on arrival were good. The receptionist was a fabulous guy who was so friendly , professional and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean and roomy . We had a disabled access room (not that we required this) and subsequently the bathroom was a bit utilitarian. The beds were very comfortable and even a pillow choice. Good tea/coffee tray, ironing facilities and everything you needed. The staff in the bar were again great and we enjoyed a few glasses. The dinner was excellent and loved the Indian food and again brilliant waiting staff. We didn’t go for breakfast as fancied a sleep in so can’t comment on that. We would definitely return. More...

This is a nice quiet hotel that is perfect for somebody on business. I found the staff friendly and welcoming and when I had a problem with room access the staff were quick to respond and very helpful. There is a cinema and cafés within a 5/10 minute walk but no need to leave the hotel after a hard day as the food is very good and there is a nice pool and a decent enough gym available as well. We stayed here as part of a National Holidays winter wonderland & Covent Garden trip and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel the room was lovely and clean and well equipped for an overnight stay the evening meal was nice and there was plenty of choice and the staff were very friendly and polite |The bed was very comfy and we had a good nights sleep |At breakfast there was everything you could have wanted from continental, fruits , cereal and a full English breakfast and everything was cooked perfectly |Would recommend an overnight stay here

I have attended and co-run many conferences here and have always been impressed by the excellent facilities and efficiency of staff. Conference rooms are well designed and situated away from other hotel activities. Coffee and food are always good, toilets handy and clean. There is excellent onsite parking too.
