I have just had a wonderful surprise 60th birthday party at this hotel, and all I can sat is FAB, FAB, FAB!
The staff couldn't do enough for you, and done with a smile and a pleasant manner.
I've not had better service anywhere, and my husband and I have traveled extensively!
We had a fab suite which was very clean and with very nice little treats to make one feel extra special.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for any celebration large or small.
Hence 5 stars.

I stayed in a twin room with my niece and great nephew and was given a room that I requested on the top floor away from the lifts and communal areas. It was great that I was allowed a late checkout on request. All of the staff in the hotel were always so accommodating and helpful. We loved the swimming pool and breakfast and kids eat free with one paying adult. Staff were even able to lend my niece some superglue for a false nail to be glued back on. So helpful. Couldn't fault it really. Stayed for one night on business. A few minutes in the Gym (small, but got on a treadmill after a few minutes), a swin (lessons going on, but at least there was a rope seperating them), had a nice meal in the restaurant, watched the footy in the bar.
Room was comfy, brekkie decent.
Would definitely stay again when I'm down there...

Lovely clean family room, great coffee in the lounge/bar area. Breakfast was a bit sparse considering the cost and the coffee was dire but I'd stay again as it was functional and (mostly) inexpensive.

Found the staff very nice & helpful especially Lily who was lovely !!! Had a very nice room with air con. Food in the restaurant was very good. The hotel is in a great location 15 minutes from city centre. 15 minutes from Bristol Aerospace. Plenty of parking for coaches & carsI will certainly use this hotel again.!! Got stuck in the snow on the way to wales and thankfully this hotel was just off the motorway. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who made us feel very welcome and had a lovely manner to him. On the way to the room there was even a mini indoor bridge with fountains. The bed and pillows were very comfortable-apologies photo was from after we had slept in it! The shower was amazing - didn’t want to get out of it! And there was a very good selection for breakfast, all very elegantly done and lovely lobby/ seating areas. Thanks for a lovely stay More...

Very comfortable rooms and lovely breakfast. Staff were, for the most part, excellent. Be aware, they won't refresh your room unless you ask or put the sign out, unlike any hotel I've ever stayed in!

Stayed here overnight in an executive suite. For a conference the next day. Saw the swimming pool but didn't use it. Room had everything I needed. Surrounded by a very green area, very quiet, good car access to North Bristol. Rooms are comfortable, with fridge, and reasonable rates through comparison websites (£80/90) for family of 3 including very good breakfast.
