Stayed in March for a holiday stop before going to Rottnest. Great Location. Walkable distance to many restaurants & bars & Little Creatures brewery. Walkable distance to ferry for Rottnest. Ate & drank at one of the bars - the food & cocktails were great. Rooms were clean. Although no one likes paying for Valet parking, it was very convenient. Staff were professional & helpful. Would stay again. More...

The service is outstanding. We took my son and his best friend and they had the time of their lives. We only stayed one night but even that was enough to have the best fun and make everlasting memories.

We have been there only for one night. Great location, easy access to all attractions. Nice sea view. Breakfast was perfect and I have never experienced such a big choice in Holiday Inn as here. Well done Brighton. Maricarmen Reis - chef of the kitchen, really lovely lady and her food and presentation of it was excellent. Nice and polite staff and management. More...

We stayed here for two nights in the executive room. Room was very spacious with queen bed and a good size sofa. Room had a larger bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. There was also a large balcony. Included was a mini fridge, coffee machine with nespresso pods. The hotel lobby area was done out nice in pastel colours and the bar area the same with a Starbucks counter. It was nice and relaxing as fairly quiet.Breakfast was very well organised with a good selection of cereals, cold meats, croissants, and then the buffet hot selection with lots to choose from. I was very impressed with the dedicated Gluten Free section with included its own toaster which no one else normally thinks about. Relaxed and seating is free to choose. Lady that greeted us was very helpful and friendly. All the staff were friendly and willing to assist.I have no hesitation in recommending the Holiday Inn, I have stayed at many hotels in Brighton and this has to be the best. More...

Comfortable room with lovely sea views. Stepping out of the shower was a little uncomfortable as the bath is higher than the floor, and would have been good to have power. points on both sides of the bed.Nevertheless was a very lovely stay. More...

This is a really good place to stay for visiting shows at the Brighton centre which is 7 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel has parking, however, the council car park which is 4 minutes walk away is slightly cheaper. The hotel is clean and modern (unlike some of the more traditional hotels along the seafront which have amazing reception areas but tired bedrooms from the 1960s).One word of warning though - we stayed in room 512 and noticed the hot air heating was rattling ocasionally during the day. what we did not realise was that at 5:30 am, once the system fired up in earnest, it woke us up and rattled and pinged for the next hour an a half. Given it was pointles reporting this at this time of the morning, I reported it to reception on departure, having shown them a video of the noise.I was offered an apology, but nothing else. A discount voucher for our next stay, or maybe an offer to report further up the chain for someone to contact us would have been nice, but nothing offered. So, I would recommend the hotel but if you notice any strange noises during the day, request a room change.
