HMO Heaven Was a great renting experience. Both Stephanie and Luke were super helpful and responsive to any issues which arose while staying in one of their properties. The move in was super quick (roughly 4 days turn around). Deposit was given back in full and even early as I moved out a bit earlier than my end date with no issues. Did great in getting me in my new place fast when I had very little time left in my hotel. Care during tenancy was good and they always respond to questions and tackle issues. Sign out and handing over the keys was quick and easy. Deposit is being returned promptly through DPS.Friendly people who clearly work hard and care more than most other agencies I've seen.Only issue I'd highlight is that the mobile tenancy app is a bit broke for me on Android.
