HMO Architect - Cambridge

I’m a highly experienced HMO investor and landlord, and I can highly recommend Ryan Windsor services, having engaged him to do a feasibility study for me on an ex-dentists I (badly! ) wanted to buy at auction. With Ryan’s advice in mind, I knew exactly what my ceiling price was, and (reluctantly) pulled out of the auction at that level. The ppty went for crazy money so either they have a totally different plan for it. Or, they’ve landed a duffer because they didn’t have the info I did.
