As part of my quote I offer the following:
-Initial site visit
-Structural calculations and report to submit for building control
-Coordination with architect to realise your design aspiration
Party Wall Service
As part of my quote I offer the following:
-Acting as Building Owner Surveyor (BOS) or Adjoining Own Surveyor (AOS) and serve the respective notices.
-Agree with the surveyors to serve a party wall award.
-1No Site visit to complete a Schedule of Condition.
Structural Inspection/Condition Survey
As part of my quote I offer the following:
-Initial site visit to take photos and some measurements where appropriate.
-Writing a structural condition report and making recommendations for repair where relevant.
