Reformer Pilates
Discover the benefits that Pilates on the Reformer machine can bring! Ideal for both those rehabilitating from injury as well as offering further challenge to those that want to be pushed!
Limited to only 6 students per class! If you haven't been on the reformer before we usually recommend a private first to help get you started.
We run classes monday - saturday, morning and evening.
Mat Pilates
Small mat classes with experienced and welcoming teachers. We have a range of classes suitable for beginners and advanced students.
Sports massage
Our experienced Sports massage therapists look after everybody, from Athlete's to weekend warriors to your Nan!
Initial appointments are usually an hour to allow time for a full assessment and are £55. Follow up appointments can either continue an hour if needed or reduce to 45mins at £40.
