As part of a Groupon my friend and I were there on sat 12 may. All I can say is fantastic service from all the staff we met. ..courteous..food was great..lovely relaxed dinner in your bar area..we didn't stay..but well be back for more. Thank you all very much..we used the spa...fantastic treatments..all the staff in the leisure are were so helpful...Mark had the Groupon code nightmare..but we still got our treatment and enjoyed full use of facilities.. which are perfectly adequate for us...great staff..thank you all again..elemis treatment was lovely x More...

I regularly use the lounge to work from and meet people. The ladies that waitress there are fantastic. I never have to say what my coffee order is because they remember everyone and what they drink. Really fantastic service.

Went for a conference in one of the meeting rooms. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. It was a breakfast meeting so it was rolls and bacon for meat eaters and mini pastries for veggies. Car parking was okay when I arrived in the morning but there were quite a few cars parked wherever they could which suggests that car parking might be an issue. Our Bride chose Hilton Strathclyde as her wedding venue. Amazing choice and she chose Privé Event Design to dress her venue
Have to say the service staff venue was amongst the most professional we have worked with. General Manager oversaw the the wedding from start to finish and his staff were first class especially Liz at event set up and all of Reception Staff. The teamwork was so obvious and the want of success amazing .
