Friendly staff. Excellent food. Room was small but clean. Nice view. Bed very comfortable but too small for me as it was a single and I'm used to a king. Lots of hot water for shower and plenty of pressure. Happy to stay here again. More...

Interesting setup - a teachers union conference centre which doubles as a hotel when not being used for conferences! Price was good - single room was a little small, but well looked after, tidy and clean. Front desk staff were welcoming, as was the person manning the breakfast buffet which was well stocked and really nice! In a convenient location for Birmingham, and barrier secured parking - would definitely stay here again if I was passing through! More...
