Fantastic Service throughout. I have used this firm for the purchase of my last two houses and the sale of both mine and my partners homes recently. It was a difficult chain with us selling two houses and buying one with a chain either side but both Alison and Lizziey were fantastic throughout. Replies to emails were almost immediate, and if I called, someone would always be available to offer reassurance and advice when needed. As a barrister I assisted This firm a number of times. I had one or too spectacular successes in a surveyor and solicitor negligence cases and some others too long ago to remember. I did a great deal of work for them for which I was never paid. When I found myself unpaid by one of this firm's clients their attitude was less than admirable; it involved failing to supply documents for years, running deplorable and unarguable defences. What do you love most about your job?
My job allows me to undertake a variety of work on a day to day basis, in particular looking after our client service through ensuring we continue to achieve our Lexcel standard year on year. Lexcel is awarded to firms for their standard of client care and is re-assessed annually. All of our team are committed to this standard and ensure that client service is the overriding message in all that they do. My role allows me to be innovative and look for new ways of delivering our services to our clients which is swifter and often means they can undertake most of the meetings etc from the comfort of their own living room, we do this through the use of Skype and face time etc.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I work for Hill & Abbott Solicitors as they are innovative and forward thinking. Their ethos fits well with me and it is easy to turn u to work every day.
Why should our clients choose you?
Hill & Abbott are able to offer a variety of legal services and have done so for many years. Client Care is our focus and, as our web site shows our clients are very happy with what we do and stay with us, as well as recommending their friends and family. We aim to build lifetime relationships with our clients.
We are open about pricing and whilst we deliver a large proportion of our work on fixed fees, areas of work outside of this will be costed so that all of our clients can budget.
