I have just finished the 6 week transformation course. Leon and the team got me setup with meal plan and booked in the classes (5 a week). It was amazing. I stuck to the plan as the food was tasty and the classes are wicked. Pushed me all the way! I lost 7.2kg in 6 weeks. I also lost a total of 14.2 inches off my body. 2 inch of legs, 1 inch off arms when relaxed but gained 1.5 inches muscle when tensed. Hips 3.4 lost, 5.1 off waist and 2.7 off chest. This facility is second to none! I’ve been a member for 4yrs! I wouldn’t be anywhere else! It’s a class based personal training gym with highly trained PT’s taking daily classes. They have a nutritionist coach available for food plans and individual PT’s to reach that extra personal goal. There’s a new spin studio with weekly classes. I cannot recommend HIIT Beat enough. Leon has been coaching me with One to One personal training sessions for the past 18 months and I have never felt better, physically and mentally. Having had a substantial injury in my early thirties I was always trying to recapture the fitness I had prior to this injury but found it incredibly harder as I got older. Burn sessions will give you a great cardiovascular workout using our Assault runners and bikes.
A remarkable feature, the Assault Runner runs on your energy, with zero electrical consumption and a low carbon footprint. You’ll be amazed at what a hardcore workout can come from the power of your own two feet. All the benefits of the build session but using interval training and functional hit exercises to push your cardio to the limit. One minute you will be sprinting to full capacity the next you will be doing weighted burpees! Expect to burn a higher number of calories with our Burn Sessions and be more in the fat burring zones of 85% of your max heart rate.

The build session will develop your upper and lower body including your core and glutes. This is a combined session designed to increase strength, muscle endurance, and growth. At HIITBEAT we have combined all these elements to ensure that you get a wide-ranging workout that helps develop the whole body. Often people don’t realise that holding weight helps stabilises your core especially when undertaking unilateral weight baring exercises. Our exercise program supports a balanced body, which includes having a strong, stable foundation, strong legs, core and upper body.

Box sessions are popular, it’s a fun and practical way to keep fit. In one of these sessions, you can expect to learn a boxing routine using a combination of punches. Jab, cross, hooks and uppercuts used conjunction with positive and negative defence using pads, gloves, and a range of different punching bags. Couple this with functional exercises, core work, and cardio sprints you are guaranteed to burn a high number of calories, burn fat, improve your cardio fitness and develop your balance, timing, and coordination.

Bike session is an indoor boutique small cycling fitness session. With inspirational and uplifting coaching, awesome beats with a full-body workout including the use of Myzone technology. This is a 30-minute session that will transform the way you look and feel.
