Oli and his team Shawn and Donald were great from start to finish when installing air conditioning (Air to air heat pump split system) in my flat. During the first visit everything was explained clearly, including the various options for locating the pipes and internal units. The quote was very competitive in comparison to some other quotes I'd received, so I agreed to go ahead. I was also sent the information about the system which appeared to be better than that offered by the other quotes I'd received. I was given an install date just a few weeks later. Donald and Shawn who did the work were very friendly and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Any disruption was minimal, so much so that I was able to continue working at home throughout the installation. The system was completed on time, with an easy explanation of how to operate it. The new system has completely changed my home, replacing night storage heaters. I can't believe I didn't think of having this done sooner! It's great having heating in demand, the system is even better than I imagined it to be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chill Flame to anyone who asks, if I ever move home I'll certainly be inviting them back for my next home! Thanks again Chill Flame! More...

Chillflame deserve a lot more than 5 stars for their service. A big thank you to Oli & Shawn who installed A/C in our bedroom. My wife & I could not believe how reasonable the quote was & confirmed the order without any hesitation. The service & workmanship is impeccable, all the furniture was replaced & the only way you could tell that Chillflame had been was a lovely A/C unit on the wall which works wonderfully & will keep us cool on hot days & warm on the cold ones too... Looking for one Air Con unit for home. Been meaning to have one fitted every summer and then when its too late kick ourselves while trying to sleep at night! So while planning some decorating during January in the bedroom, made some calls and spoke with Oli from ChillFlame. He came for a site visit the very next day after giving me a rough estimate, looked at the location, listened to my requirements and didn't try to sell me anything else or anything I didn't need. Sent a quote same day which matched his rough estimate and fitted the next week. All very efficient and to the point. Fitting was completed as planned, very clean no mess inside and tidy outside. Fitters were pleasant and friendly. I would recommend Oli and Chillflame, their quote was the lowest I had received and I was a little worried as sometimes as we all know the cheapest is not always the best but was reassured after meeting Oli.
