Just had a great experience with Highline Architecture who helped us completely rethink the design of our planned ground floor extension, right through to planning approval. They did a great job of understanding us and our needs (better than we did !) And then followed it with great ideas and a fantastic solution we were delighted with. We always felt in control of the decisions and the budget along the way and received great advice on what was practical, as well as possible. Excellent service provided by Highline. Andy listened to our requirements for the extension and came back with a number of designs. He was attentive to detail and really understood what we needed from this build. He had plenty of ideas and suggestions which opened up ideas and thoughts we hadn't considered. The designs certainly met our brief and importantly maximised the space and storage knowing our budget.The designs were clever and well thought out and the detailed drawings helped us visualise the end product. We were able to discuss further and tweak the design until we were happy. He provided a thorough pack of drawings and documentation to help with planning. Recommended by friends. Andy (Architect) gave us ideas that showed his extensive experience and secured Highline's services, on the initial meeting. Andy and Audrey (Business partner, admin) have gone above and beyond our expectations in every step of process. Nothing has been too much for them and their passion for the our project has kept us going even when it gets tiring for ourselves. After working through our ideas as a partnership with Highline, we submitted the plans to planning and they where passed first time. We can only put this down to Highline's professional eye to detail and treading this ground many times. They didn't only help design but also have a passion for the legalities and health and safety of a build. This is clearly explained and interpreted from Highline on behalf of every client.
