It was due to the joy and satisfaction of a happy client. It was the reason I wanted to open my own business and have more of a personal touch.

With the design and build package the client knows before we go into planning how much they will be expected to be budgeting.

We can provide our design services on-line. This will be the initial interaction, however we will always have to carry out a site visit.

Stage 1
Initial Consultation on-site to discuss your requirements and budget
Stage 2
Design of drawings for planning application
Stage 3
Review drawings once completed by our partnered architect and issue to planning
Stage 4
We will have our in-house quantity surveyor to provide a full breakdown of the works required and costings.
Stage 5
Once planning has been approved our partnered architect will carry out the building regulation drawings. We will then have our structural engineer complete his design.
Stage 6
Once all the planning has been achieved. The building contract will be signed.
Stage 7
Pre-start meeting and programme
