She is the best at her job, I’ve never had a permanent cleaner she is my first permanent cleaner because no one can make my house look sparkly like her

I just can't praise Naza enough! A lovely sociable lady who cares passionately about the outstanding service she provides.
She helped me out at short notice after the decorators had left an appalling mess, and paint stains all over light fittings, wooden laminate floors, kitchen units, and many other areas.
Naza came along and worked furiously for hours. Confident in her service provision (Having used Naza's skills before) I left her too it!
I can't find the words to describe the joy of returning home and seeing the total transformation! She even took the time to put some washing in the machine and hang it out to dry...

Promised a fully detailed clean, and £100 more than all other quotes. arrived late, didn"t wash the walls, tripped out the elctricity and didnt tell me, appiances still very dirty. I had to buy more cleaning materials and bring them to her even though quote was to include all materials. House still very dirty for a fee of £260 and no discount. I booked Naza to do a full house deep clean after lots of diy had kept me too busy to clean properly for many months and she arrived exactly at the time she said and began work almost immediately! She was so hard working I cannot begin to describe, she cleaned my 4 bed house from top to bottom, my kitchen and 2 bathrooms were sparkling, Naza did a fantastic job, and was a very friendly lady and we have already asked her to come on a regular basis to keep on top of the work she has done!

I have given a 5 star rating for “ High End Cleaning” because it is richly deserved ( and I’m not easily pleased!)
Naz came this morning at 7am as arranged. She worked like a Trojan in a very professional and efficient manner, and certainly knows her stuff re which products to use to get a good result.
My home is now really clean, my carpets smell fresh once again and I can at last relax and look forwards to receiving my visitors coming tomorrow, something I was stressing about as I had rather let my standards slip due to ill health.
Naz brought all her own equipment and cleaning products and even made it here (quite a long way,) despite not having the use of her own car ( through no fault of her own.) Other companies would have let me down, but Naz is a person with integrity…. (a rare thing at times these days, ) and she was determined not to let me down, for which I am exceedingly grateful.
I felt she went “ above and beyond” to ensure I was satisfied with my clean, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone if they needed a “ deep cleaning” job.
She is very thorough and hard working.
Apart from that she is just such a lovely person!
Although I had never met her before she was easy to talk to, respectful of my home and possessions and I can’t wait for her to come and do more work for me in the future….. she is a “ treasure!” ( If I win the lottery I will employ you full time Naz!)
