Good comms, Great service refurbishing and managing 2 of our student lets in oxford. I believe they have achieved a near perfect occupancy since taking it over from another local company who were just too busy to spend the time needed. The quality of the house after they undertook the works is fab leaving the place feeling modern, professional looking and probably some of the best student digs in the area, as such the house is full of respectful students and we have had no issues reported.
