First Class Service from Heritage. Fell in love with a quirky property and despite having mortgage agreed in principle, no lender wanted to go near it. After being recommended to this company by an estate agent and a quick phone call later the wheels were set in motion and by the end of one day we had a new lender and an agreed mortgage.
