We undertake all roofing work from building new roofs to remedial work.

There are a variety of slates and tiles to choose from with a choice of wet or dry fix systems depending on your budget. Thermally insulated Render from Heritage is an insulated external hard wall covering which retains heat in the house and is ideal for cold homes, making considerable savings of up to 50% of heat loss through your walls. If your home is often cold, even with the heating on, you could be suffering from poor exterior wall insulation, either by the very construction of the house itself, such as not having any cavity, or this can be due to deterioration in the walls over time.

JUB's range of external insulation systems are designed to provide significant improvements in the thermal performance of new and refurbished buildings.
JUB offers two system types each with a range of modern insulation materials that include expanded polystyrene (EPS), phenolic foam boards and mineral fibre.
The systems are designed to enable various methods of fixing to be employed, depending on the substrate condition and type.

EPS System is a lightweight, low density system employing expanded polystyrene insulation with adhesive and mechanical dowel fixings.
Mineral Fibre System is mineral fibre insulation based system employing adhesive and mechanical dowel fixings.
Phenolic System is a high thermal resistance, low-profile rigid phenolic foam insulation board system with adhesive and mechanical dowel fixings.

JUB Cavity Rail Systems employ either mineral fibre and/or low density expanded polystyrene insulation boards with a track or rail fixing system enabling the formation of drained cavities to satisfy NHBC requirements.
