Heritage Healthcare Hounslow and Richmond are committed to providing expert care and support at home to individuals living within Hounslow, Twickenham, Richmond, Putney and surrounding areas.

We focus on promoting clients’ well-being, independence, choice and convenience, whilst supporting them in maintaining the highest quality of life possible.

The Heritage Healthcare Hounslow and Richmond care team are carefully recruited, DBS checked at an enhanced level and referenced. The team also provide clients with a range of personal care, housekeeping, companionship and live-in care services, such as support with pet care, assistance with washing, accompanying individuals to the shops or social events and meal preparation.

We do video call consultation if preferred. The consultation is a meeting of potential client, their relatives/representatives and our registered care manager. We will answer all the questions you have regarding the service we provide. We will discuss the type of care package that the client needs and how we deliver. We will also arrange for a comprehensive assessment of the required care and environments.

Heritage Healthcare is monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation daily and are working with official agencies to act on the latest advice. Staff use appropriate PPE, including masks, gloves, aprons and visors is necessary to protect service users and themselves when delivering care. We regularly conduct COVID-19 tests amongst our care staff and have clear communication across the company to ensure guidelines are met.

Services

Personal care is a support service between a Client and Care Assistant. At Heritage Healthcare, we understand that accepting support with personal care can be difficult. We provide expert training to ensure that every individual receiving personal care is treated with the utmost respect and receives support in a dignified manner, to ensure that our clients are comfortable.

All members of the Heritage Healthcare Care Team are trained to be able to support with a huge range of personal care services such as;

Dressing and undressing
Washing and bathing
Shaving and grooming
Incontinence care
Eating and drinking
Monitoring of nutrition and weight
Support with prescribed medications
Support with prescribed creams, ointments and drops
Security and safety at home
Hair and make-up
Nail Care

We are committed to providing a service which is both discreet and professional. We work with our clients, their loved ones and, where relevant, external healthcare professionals, to create bespoke care plans, focused on the individual’s unique needs.

Our Care Assistants work hard to pay attention to the smallest of details, with the needs and wishes of their clients at the forefront of their mind.

Live-in care enables you or your loved one to remain living safely within your own home, surrounded by your home comforts and memories, with a one to one level of care that is not available in most residential homes.

Our companionship services aim to help keep the body and mind active by:

Accompanying to breakfast, lunch or dinner

Enabling Clients to become more involved within their community

For many of our Clients, all that is required is an extra helping hand around the house to enable them to remain living comfortably and independently.

From helping you run the vacuum cleaner around the house, to popping out for your weekly shop, our team are more than happy to help!

Coping with a family member with Alzheimer’s disease or Dementia is not just incredibly stressful, but distressing for everyone involved. Our dementia care services allow your loved one to remain in their familiar surroundings for as long as possible whilst giving you the peace of mind that they are being properly cared for.

Our services cover the full range of personal care and domestic duties and are carried out by fully trained and DBS checked staff.

Care packages are uniquely tailored to the individual – whether you require a few hours per week or a 24/7 home care package.

Our end of life care service supports those with a terminal illness or condition that has become progressive or advanced, enabling them to remain within the comfort and familiarity of their own home.

The Heritage Healthcare Care Team work hard to ensure that our Clients are comfortable and feel fully supported and cared for. Our dedicated team are experienced in working with numerous health professionals, inclusive of district nurses, GP’s, hospital discharge teams and pharmacists, to provide a holistic care service.

Every member of the Heritage Healthcare Care Team is fully trained to provide end of life care and are encouraged to take further training to develop their skills. We focus on providing end of life care in a person-centred, sensitive manner – taking into consideration the wish of our clients and their loved ones.

Respite care provides a primary carer – often a family member or friend, with short-term temporary relief, giving them a chance to care for themselves.

Many primary carers take pride in caring for a loved one and are happy to provide the support required to enable that individual to remain living within the comfort and familiarity of their own home. However, without support, providing care alone on a full-time basis can be overwhelming.

At Heritage Healthcare, we work with primary carers to deliver a service tailored to the needs of everyone involved. We take time to learn your routine, likes and dislikes, wishes and needs before planning a programme of care visits – from a couple of hours a week, to weeks at a time, to give those providing care a well-deserved break.

Respite care has numerous advantages; providing the primary carer with some well-deserved time off, as well as giving the individual being cared for a chance to chat with a new friendly face.
