I joined Heritage Healthcare in 2019 as a carer initially and with the great support and training of the company I have progressed through to being a Senior Carer and then now a Field Care Supervisor. The management are very supportive of progression and are there to support and listen should you need them. There is an open door policy so you can call in anytime for a cuppa and a chat. Heritage Healthcare assist and support many people to be independent and promote this from the start of any care package. Heritage healthcare is by far a great company to work for, full training in and support is offered and the progression options are endless, I came on board as a carer and worked my way up to coordinator and enjoyed every minute, I feel the office is an open office to go to for anything from pe to coffee and chat, I would recommend to anyone to work for, and my first choice of care for my family members if ever needed.
