1:1 Coaching
Our 1:1 coaching sessions centre on helping you get focus on challenges you're currently facing and start developing a path forward.
Using the Here There How framework, you'll build a better picture of where you are, where you're trying to get to, and how you might get there.
Each session can focus on whatever challenge you're currently facing, or if there is one particularly pressing challenge, we can develop a bespoke coaching package to help you deal with it.
Embedded Leadership Workshops
Leadership is something that can and should be embedded within organisations, not just at the top.
Our Embedded Leadership workshops focus on developing problem solving, alignment building and performance, and help you start applying them to your work.
These workshops can be prepared for teams or individuals, subject to requirements.
