House Cleaning

Warning ; Do not hire these people ; They will cheat you out of money.
They quoted a price in writing.
Then changed their price 1/2 way through .
Kept asking for more money .
When they didn’t get more , they walked off the job.
They are lazy contractors . Took 2 hour lunch breaks ; smell of tobacco. Left a total mess in the house .
Unprofessional and crooked . Terrible work.
Be warned.

Dear Linda, This is not a site for arguments, We have no problems with other customers except you, We have always been upfront with you its a shame you couldn,t do the same whilst working for you, you invited other contractors round to give prices then expected us to work for half the price, yes monies where asked for as you expect everything to be bought and done for one original price. Try living in the real world, everyone has to work, and pay for things its not all about you. Jobs cannot be changed on a daily basis because you have a new idea. Any contractor who works for you will be out of profit or possibly work you are the rip off lovely, glad to be out of there.

House Cleaning

Peter came over to look at work needed .
He agreed .
He charged 15-00 pounds an hour to unpack boxes / put away. He was paid in cash every day .
He then knew we need a painter and contractor work . He said his cousin was a contractor.
We agreed to a total price, in writing ! He asked for money upfront ; He was paid ; 2 days later he asked for more money; he was paid; Another 2 days later , he asked for money; he was again paid ; Infact he ended up being paid over 50 percent of the agreed upon total price , without half the work being done.
6 days later they had only done most of the tiny kitchen work. Poor job .
Awful, unprofessional job.
They were messy also.
They were sloppy .
Did not show up to work one day. Said they ‘were busy’ with another job !!
They returned the following day, collected all the supplies and walked out .
They kept asking for money all the time.
They left the job Uncompleted . They basically took the money and ran.
Beware of this company.
Do not use them.
They will scam you .
Be warned .

I the manager am writing this response to this Ladies complaint, In the first instance we as a company was hired to do cleaning for her she agreed to pay daily as was not sure in the begining of how many hours she required, after the first visit she asked for other jobs to be completed this was completed at the original price, then she required decorating to be done this was then re-quoted at a set price WHITHOUT materials, this was for 2 workers, yes some money was upfront but this was for material, she then came down during the work and required building jobs done and we obliged and continued to work again we asked for money for materials, it was explained that said workers couldn't come on one occasion as they had other work booked previous to the Ladies extra demands on returning to the job they discovered another tradesman working for her. I could write more but wouldn't want to bore you i will leave it up to the faithful customers to decide about us. Thank you for reading The Manager.
