Terry Moore 'founder' who is extremely passionate about delivering specialist person centred care with dignity. Our head office is in Oving, where Terry has lived throughout his life.

Helpful Hands have been outstanding, we contacted them for help for our elderly neighbour, Terry explained all the services and delivered on everything he promised, Tim has the same 2 carers (who are just lovely) Tim’s well-being has improved no end, would highly recommend Helpful Hands to anyone looking for extra support at home xx

Terry and his team have been working for me for a few months. They have always been professional, reliable and friendly. They've also been incredibly tolerant with my 4 dogs, and haven't had a problem working between the animals, children and builders . My house is cleaned to high standard, and I highly recommend them. Highly recommend, great company with superb values. Terry came out to visit us last minute on a Sunday as we had been let down by a different agency. Straight away we were so impressed with Terry’s kind understanding approach and knowledge, he managed to get around my dad who is extremely difficult and reluctant to accept any help.. we are 3 weeks into care with Helpful Hands things are going great so far, Dad is much happier in him self now he has some support, he has the same 3 carers as promised, Highly highly recommend. So responsive, helpful and full of knowledge. Terry spent over an hour just chatting with us over the phone prior to booking assessment, putting our minds at rest. We warmed to Terry right away and meeting him in person he’s highly professional yet so friendly! We’ve instructed Terry and he’s team to take care of nana.. we’ve full confidence in Helpful Hands and things have got off to a great start!
