I recently contacted Ben for his services, as my grandmother was looking for some help around the house and with the current covid restrictions she was unable to go to do her regular shop. Ben was more than happy to help with this and went out of his way to help her. I look after my elderly mother at home 24/7. When we came out of the first lock down I decided that I needed a break so I found BensCare Services. Ben came round to meet both my mother and myself, to discuss our requirements. We agreed to a two night full live in service with personal care, food preparation, companionship and medication. Ben offered this service to the full and I think both my mother and myself appreciated this time. I have now also used Ben to give me additional support with mum since then. He’s very professional, caring and listens to our needs. I’ve now booked him again for my next Staycation and going for four nights this time ! What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in care for the previous 5 years and seeing how individuals depend on me to be there emotionally and physically for them, which has driven me to want to venture on my own and deliver care and companionship to people in there own homes.
